Description

Yatren Casein Strong combines the action of its two active ingredients, yatrenic acid (an organic iodine compound) and pure, protoalbumin-free casein.

Yatrenic acid has multiple properties, stimulating leukocytes (an increase in white blood cells) and the lymphatic system in general, which is responsible for the body’s defenses. It also increases secretions, especially those of the bronchial tree, and promotes diuresis. It also causes a moderate decrease in blood pressure with dilation and increased permeability of some blood vessels, which promotes and accelerates the correction of inflammatory processes. Yatrenic acid also has an antiseptic effect. Parenteral administration of protein substances such as casein exerts a leukocytic effect, with an increase in circulating cells, modifies the leukocyte formula in favor of monocytes, and modulates lymphoid elements.

It also causes an increase in plasma globulins (antibodies). This translates into a strengthening of the animal’s immune system.

Recent research indicates that Yatren Casein Strong is involved in the activation of T cells (defense cells) and promotes the recognition of infectious agents. This is very important in immunosuppressed animals or those with chronic infections, as they cannot respond even to antibiotic-based treatments (especially bacteriostatic ones).

Other defense mechanisms activated by Yatren Casein Strong are: interferon (a substance that protects by forming a barrier around tissues to prevent the entry of infectious viral agents), the production of different types of cells (NK cells or killer lymphocytes) and secretions (interleukins).

INDICATIONS:

Yatren Strong Casein has been widely used as an adjuvant in:

• Acute, subacute or chronic inflammatory processes of infectious origin, especially: mastitis, metritis, vaginal catarrh, MMA syndrome, arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatism and other joint conditions.
• Skin diseases such as rashes, alopecia, pyoderma, phlegm, and scabies.
• Viral diseases and their consequences such as distemper, canine parvovirus, infectious bovine rhinotracheitis (IBR).
• Abscesses, phlegmons, infectious granulomas and localized inflammatory foci.
• Pneumonic or bronchial infectious processes.

Information based on practical clinical experience indicates its use for:

• Speed ​​up uterine involution.
• Improves the immune response to vaccinations in poultry, cattle and pigs.
• Help milk production.
